The complete Summer Outlook is based on 3 different sources: upper scale flow, regional anomalies, and Pennsylvania anomalies. The 3 sources then suggest that this summer will be warmer than normal, although not as warm as last summer. It also seems that the summer months will bring more rain than normal, specifically in July. Some highlights are broken down below.
